EncounterCare Solutions (PINKSHEETS: ECSL) announced today that its subsidiary, CyberCare Health Network, Inc. ("CyberCare HN"), has initiated the launch of its new GPS tracking system called CyberTrax.

The CyberTrax system is a web-based tracking system utilizing GPS and wireless communications and devices connected to the secure CyberCare HN web application. In real time, the CyberTrax devices can pinpoint the exact location of a person within 10ft. It is ideal for locating patients (Alzheimer's, Dementia and Autism) and for other elder care applications. The CyberTrax device has a built in cell phone and panic button which allows the patient to call for help and includes a G-shock sensor to detect if the patient falls. The system automatically sends alerts in these emergency situations when the person is unable to communicate. CyberTrax shows waypoints with recorded time, speed, position and event state including battery levels. The advanced mapping and Geo-Fence capabilities allows for quick and easy tracking of patients, or individuals required to be monitored by the court. Geo-Fence is a unique application which allows CyberTrax to monitor individuals or groups of two or more within a predetermined set of parameters. This application is particularly important in the criminal justice system and has been specifically designed to meet the needs of the law enforcement community.

"The announcement of this new program is a valuable addition to the CyberCare Health Network for EncounterCare," stated Chris Doherty, Executive Vice President of CyberCare. "The CyberTrax system allows the company to enhance its current offerings in the healthcare arena and enter new markets with this innovative technology. We also plan to add mobile application enhancements to this new system in the coming quarter. Sales of the new system are expected to begin immediately."

Beneficial applications of the CyberTrax system for law enforcement encompass areas such as house arrest, parole monitoring and domestic violence and/or restraining orders. The CyberTrax system has the unique ability to track both the perpetrator and the victim in real time on the same map. CyberTrax online tracking system keeps a running file on the times and a place travelled by the wearer. This timeline starts with the device activation and continues until the device is removed and deactivated. If authorities wanted to, for example, go back to any date and time since the device was activated and see where the wearer was at any specific time, CyberTrax has that information stored and readily accessible to them.

Additionally, CyberTrax can also let parents check in on their teenage drivers relaying information including speed and whereabouts to concerned parents.
