Baltia Advances into Phase II of the FAA Air Carrier Certification

YPSILANTI, Mich., April 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Today Baltia Air
Lines (BLTA) filed an 8K Report showing that it has successfully
completed the Gate 1 requirements and has advanced into Phase II of
the FAA Air Carrier Certification process. The Report states:
On March 28, 2013, at the FAA East Michigan Flight Standards
District Office Baltia Air Lines senior staff and their FAA
counterparts conducted a Formal Meeting to review Baltia's
certification documentation and management readiness.
On April 10, 2013, Baltia received confirmation that Baltia's
management personnel, system design, and other supporting
documentation were found to be satisfactory.
The FAA Certification Team has determined that Baltia meets the
requirements of FAA Order 8900.1 Volume 10 Chapter 2 Section 6 and
is fit to enter into Phase II of the ATOS Certification
Process.
Mr. Igor Dmitrowsky , President of Baltia stated, "Obtaining our
