O2 Secure Wireless, Inc. Releases Update to Shareholders on Recent Developments and Strategies

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla., March 23, 2013 (Market Wire) -- O2 Secure Wireless, Inc. (OTC PINK: OTOW), a developer of domestic and international hi-speed wireless Internet facilities and mobile Internet solutions, is pleased to provide the following update to its shareholders regarding the events and milestones of this past quarter.

In February of this year, O2 Secure Wireless spun off its education services division into a subsidiary of O2 Secure Wireless, Inc., O2 Education Services, Inc., which is located in Palm Coast, Florida. This division was set up to tailor its product and service offerings of wireless networking, digital curriculum tablet integration and FIT® facial recognition security software directly to private and public schools and launched its initiative this spring. We have received positive interest from all over the country and are following up on these leads.

In March, the Company, held the opening and of the flagship retail store also located in Palm Coast Florida at the European Village. The storefront is conveniently positioned where walk-in business can become an intricate part of the Company’s business plan. The storefront has wireless accessories, services and prepaid debit cards. We are in the process of changing issuing banks for the debit cards. The store will be the launching point of the Company’s newly released digital products, such as the announced O2 Wave Smart Phone which is slated for release into the public marketplace in the coming weeks. We have initiated contract negotiations for distribution of the smartphones in several countries and expect to secure these in the short term.
