Dell Inc. (DELL) has drawn interest from Hewlett-Packard Co. (HPQ) and Lenovo Group Ltd. (0992.HK), although an alternative bid to a deal with Michael Dell and Silver Lake Partners isn't considered likely, Bloomberg News reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the situation.
A Dell spokesman declined comment to Bloomberg, and spokesmen for Hewlett-Packard and Lenovo didn't immediately respond to requests for comment.
