Swordfish Financial, Inc. (OTCQB: SWRF) completes leadership
transformation achieving another milestone in the continuing
advancement and positioning of the Company. Today it is announced
that K. Bryce Toussaint (K. Bryce) has joined the company as Chief
Financial Officer and Noel Trevino as Chief Technical Officer.

Mr. Noel Trevino, Chief Technical Officer, arrives with over 23
