Wells Fargo & Co. (WFC), has set pricing on its euro-denominated, benchmark-sized, 10-year bond in the area of 100 basis points over midswaps, one of the banks running the deal said Thursday.
Barclays, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Wells Fargo are the lead managers on the deal.
The issuer is rated A2 by Moody's Investors Services, A+ by Standard and Poor's Corp., and AA- by Fitch Ratings.
