Health, Inc. (OTCQB: OPHI), a manufacturer and distributor of
organic-based, hybrid and environmentally responsible fertilizers,
soil conditioners and pest controls, is pleased to announce it has
successfully moved its corporate offices, manufacturing and
distribution operations into a new and larger 20,000 sq. ft.
facility in Charlotte, NC. The
dimensions of the new space are 65% larger and 40% higher than the
previous location the company occupied, allowing for a nearly 200%
increase in total storage area. The cost of the new facility is
nearly 30% less per sq. ft. than the previous location. The
company also retains the right of first refusal on leasing an
additional 13,000 sq. ft. located in the same building.
Management expects to exercise that right, acquiring the
additional 13,000 sq. ft., by the end of 2013.

previous storage capacity and the added height allows us to stack
inventory higher, taking advantage of increased vertical storage.
Having greater storage capacity has become increasingly necessary

undertaking and the demands for us to maintain larger
inventory."
