The Brainy Brands Company, Inc. Announces Appointment of New CEO

The Brainy Brands Company, Inc. (the “Company”) (OTCBB: TBBC.OB), a producer and marketer of Brainy Baby® line of children’s educational videos and products aimed at early development for preschoolers, today announced that the Company has appointed Paul W. Harrison as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer effective March 20, 2012. The Company has also expanded its Board of Directors from four to five members. Mr. Harrison will be replacing John Benfield, who joined the Company in November of 2010.

Mr. Harrison has held Executive positions with Fortune 500 companies including Lincoln National Corporation and McKesson Corporation, has served as a director on multiple boards of private and publicly-held companies, and founded and sold several companies with a high ROI. Mr. Harrison was also instrumental in multiple businesses and information technologies that ultimately resulted in additional revenues and increased market value in excess of $5 billion.
