Bourque Industries (OTC:BORK) today announced it was awarded two new patents for its Kryron material. The two new patents – United States Patent numbers 8,057,709 and 8,075,806 – are both titled “Solid Composition Having Enhanced Physical and Electrical Properties.” Both are divisional of, meaning related to, the company’s earlier original patent for Kryron.

Both new patents are listed as being issued to Kryron inventor John M. Bourque and Kryron Global, LLC. These patents, as well as all other existing and future Kryron patents, were transferred to Bourque Industries when the two companies merged earlier this year.

“These two new patents provide important protection for Bourque Industries to exclusively own the rights to Kryron or any other similarly manufactured material,” said Bourque, Chairman and CEO of Bourque Industries. “We believe that Kryron and Kryronized alloys will be a key component of revolutionary product applications across a range of industries, and we are committed to vigorously defending our intellectual property on an ongoing basis.”
