KMA Global Solutions Delivers New Application Equipment

KMA Global Solutions International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS:KMAG) introduces its latest version of application equipment two months ahead of schedule.

KMA Global Solutions, working with Milestone Automation has completed the development and is ready to deliver its newest RFID enabled label applicator. After more than 12 months of testing both Alpha and Beta versions of this equipment the company has completed the RFID enabled label applicator. Original plans were to deliver the final version to our key client in Q1 of 2012. The issues requiring new machining were solved and final parts were delivered ahead of schedule allowing for the equipment to be assembled and tested this week.

The labeller has been tested to apply labels at speeds of more than 1200 labels per minute of our smallest EAS label and 600 RFID enabled dual tags per minute. These speeds are required with typical packaging lines running in excess of 50,000 small sized cartons per hour.

KMA Global Solutions has estimated to deliver 50 to 100 machines in the next fiscal year which equates to additional revenue in excess of $3,000,000 annually.
