Therma-Med, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: THRA) issued the following shareholder update.

Dear Shareholders,

I am pleased to provide an update on the Company's activities. With the support of our shareholders, the Company's activities over the past 6 months have resulted with a solid mining deal with a great possibility for discovery of a significant Ag mineralization.

We decided to explore for silver deposits in the area that has had a history of exploration dating back to the turn of the century. Favourable results of the previous mining operations in close proximity to our property gave us additional boost to start with the property development. The very last stage of initial exploration activities is a field work that is expected to take place by end of the summer. In an effort to get a reliable and verifiable exploration results we have obtained the services of a 43-101 qualified geologist.

Even more, we successfully managed to get a geologist who was previously working in this region, and has a long term presence in the region necessary to fully understand of complicated geological formations on our mining property. Mr. James Atkinson has noticeable experience in the region, and we decided to utilize it in order to advance Therma-Med, Inc. to the next level of exploration. He has an excellent track record in cooperation with numerous large mining operations and his commitment on this project and is definitely taking advanced steps towards higher effectiveness of our whole exploration process. We are confident that the work we are doing will thoroughly confirm our expectations in building our shareholder value.
