(OTCBB: PIVN) ("Phoenix" or "the Company"), an Aerospace Defense company, announced today that the Company does not expect to be able to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2010 by April 15, 2011, but expects that it will be able to complete its audited financial statements for 2010 and file its Form 10-K on or before May 15, 2011, although there is no assurance that it will be able to do so.
