Infrax Systems, Inc., (OTCBB: IFXY), a global provider of unified Smart Grid-related products and services for the Energy and Utility industries, announced today that Ely Kahn, former Director of Cyber-Security Policy for the National Security Staff of the Executive Office of the President, has been appointed to their Board of Advisors.

Mr. Kahn has an extensive background in cyber-security and risk management having served as Deputy Chief of Staff for the National Protection and Programs Directorate of the Department of Homeland Security and in the Transportation Security Administration as Director of Risk Management and Strategic Innovation. Mr. Kahn received his Bachelor's Degree from Harvard University and is currently a Graduate Student at Wharton Business School.
