Belltower Entertainment (OTCBB:BTOW) announced today that it has finalized plans to build a film production studio in the Greater Orlando (Fla) area that will serve as a venue for the production of commercials and infomercials as well as soundstages and television sets for direct response programming that Belltower will co-produce with it's DRTV production arm.

Belltower has finalized negotiations and entered into a formal agreement with Three-Thirteen Productions to build out the facility and share 50% ownership with TTP in all revenue streams generated from the facility.

The facility will be rented on a per diem basis usually by the marketer who provides the script, copy, actors and related personnel for the production of the infomercial at a rate of $15,000 to $50,000 per day dependent on the equipment needed. Belltower/TTP anticipates production studio revenue income of 10 days per month at an average of $25,000.00 per day generating $1 million per Quarter ( $4 million per anum) with minimal overhead.

The Company’s anticipated revenue from TTP will be used to reduce financing requirements for the Independent Film Division of Belltower, thereby allowing Belltower to fund at least one feature film per year in-house and therefore retaining full ownership and back-end profits in such films.

The facility will also serve as a post production facility for the films currently under development or production. Entry into direct response marketing will also afford the Company with the ability to have a profit participation in the products sold.

Profit Participation in Products

The Company has entered into a joint venture agreement with Womens Health House (WHH) wherein WHH has agreed to establish a single purpose domain/web site for the marketing of any products primarily aimed at the female consumer. The website will provide the visitor with a link to purchase the product and a phone number for telephone fulfillment if an order is contemplated. We will not submit any product to WHH unless Belltower receives not less than 5% of the gross proceeds from any direct response telephone orders and 10% of the gross proceeds from any internet placed orders. Product price point will typically be in the $19.99 to $49.99 range with some products offering multiple payment options over a several week time frame. Health product lines currently sold through this medium generate annual sales of over $5 Billion in North America marketplace alone.

Belltower will attempt to capitalize on it's numerous relationships with top Hollywood and Internationaly recognized T.V. and motion picture personalities and agencies to promote certain products for a fee and a share of back-end profits.

Fitness Videos

Belltower has had preliminary negotiations with three providers of fitness videos – DVDs that involve (i) gym exercise alternatives and (ii) ballroom dances similar to those seen on television competitive programs using the cha-cha, modern, free style, salsa, meringue, rumba and waltz. The videos are designed for individuals that want to lose weight and will focus on building the lower body, strengthening heart endurance, the use of hand free weights will develop and tone the upper body and abs.

Skin Products

Belltower has had negotiations with a skin product supplier who has completed several focus groups comprised of cosmetologists, aestheticians and consumers. Each of the individuals in the focus group was presented product samples and then asked to evaluate and respond to the following:

The results of the focus groups were valuable and overwhelmingly positive. The study of the absorption of the product and the instant and lasting effect of product on the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles showed encouraging results. Before and after photos were taken and several participants have given testimonials as to the results of using the product and have signed affidavits verifying the validity of such statements.

Other

The Company also intends to enter into marketing alliances with related companies (health food and nutrition products, fitness equipment, clothing and shoes and ballroom studios) with an internet presence (an affiliate program) to link traffic to the (TTP) website.

Revenue recognition for direct response

For our domestic direct response television sales generated by our infomercials, product sales revenue is recognized when the following criteria are met: persuasive evidence of an arrangement exists, delivery has occurred, the selling price is fixed or determinable, and collectability is reasonably assured.

We will be required to offer a 30-day risk-free trial as one of the payment options. Revenue on the 30-day risk-free trial sales is not recognized until customer acceptance and collectability are assured which we determine to be when the trial period ends. If the risk-free trial expires without action by the customer, product is determined to be accepted by the customer and revenue is recorded. Revenue for items purchased without the 30-day free trial is recognized upon shipment of the product to the customer and collectability is assured.

Revenue related to international wholesale customers is recorded at gross amounts with a corresponding charge to cost of sales.

It is contemplated that the closing of this formal agreement will be completed by the end of June 2010.
