REGINA, Saskatchewan, June 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Clean Power Concepts Inc. ("Clean Power") (OTC Bulletin Board: CPOW) reported today that independent third party testing conducted by Intertek confirms that Clean Power's MOPO brand of Diesel Fuel Conditioner provides superior lubrication for all diesel engines.

Intertek (www.intertek.com) has more than 25,000 people in over 100 countries and it provides testing services to ensure manufactured products meet quality, health, environmental, safety, and social accountability standards in markets around the world. Intertek holds extensive global accreditations, recognitions, and agreements, and is an industry leader in the field of product testing.

This evaluation by Intertek was provided recently after it conducted a series of tests on MOPO canola oil based proprietary diesel fuel conditioner formulation in accordance with several established industry protocols including M-ROCLE and ASTM 6079. This testing confirmed that MOPO Diesel Fuel Conditioner can enhance the lubricity of standard pump ULSD (ultra low sulfur diesel) fuel by up to 27%. The effect of this lubricity increase is a potential mileage increase of up to 13% and double the life of a diesel engine.

Clean Power CEO Michael Shenher commented, "MOPO's Diesel Fuel conditioner is a true green solution. It's biodegradable, non-toxic, and made from a non-food renewable resource. MOPO's Diesel Fuel Conditioner is part of the MOPO suite of environmental lubricants, which includes, penetrating oil, chain lube, cutting oil, gun oil, and all purpose household lubricants." Mr. Shenher continued, "We're very pleased to have received this product evaluation from Intertek and note our MOPO brand is currently seeking to expand its channel of distributors and retail partners."
