(OTCBB: VMSY) "With the first quarter of 2010 behind us, we are confident about how our transition to software and product development has been progressing. It has been no small task retraining our staff, customers and shareholders about the differences between what we used to do and what we do now," stated Jason Gonzalez, CEO of Visual Management Systems, Inc. He continued, "While we have performed a tremendous amount of work, we have also made a tremendous amount of progress."

"Though more than half of our first quarter revenue comes from long-time integration customers, we feel the second quarter looks positive, and iPDG should see some steady growth in its new business model which focuses on sales through distribution and dealer channels." He said, "We have engaged a national master distributor, made significant headway with regional independent distributors, continued with large scale integrators and made progress in software licensing with large end-users. These are all milestones we planned for and expected."

"In the past year the company has rolled out its FlexTH and TrueHybrid Surveillance Platform lines through distribution, completed channel partner programs with several major manufacturers, is beta testing a smart phone application, successfully developed a video transmission protocol to deliver streaming video over the nominal bandwidth of a satellite uplink and is working to be among the first to integrate SCADA telemetry data into video for use in the oilfield services industry." Gonzalez added, "There is a lot going on. We have successfully turned out something new every few weeks to meet the requests and demands of our new customer base."

Gonzalez concluded the discussion by saying, "We took a risk last year when we stepped out of our comfort zone of integration and determined that our future was in the hands of our software subsidiary, Intelligent Product Development Group. It took a major commitment from management and our staff to essentially start over right in the midst of a financial crisis. If the successes we're starting to see are indicative of what is coming, then the rest of 2010 should be very exciting."
