Wanderport Corp. (PINKSHEETS: WDRP) today announced that it has concluded a definitive sales and distribution agreement with Utility Marketing Concepts, Inc. (UMC), a company based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, specialized in providing Rural Electric Cooperatives and Electric Utilities high quality, competitively priced, energy efficient water heaters and other products.

Wanderport's sales and distribution agreement with UMC has a five year term and primarily encompasses the utilities and apartment segments within the United States. Wanderport believed it necessary to seek an established company capable of assisting market entry, not only in its capacity as a distributor but also as Wanderport's strategic partner. In meeting the standards set forth by the Utilities and Co-op markets, management feels this will create credibility and a stable foothold to pursue a slew of other market verticals in North-America. UMC has already approached some of their long-standing business associates in the water heater industry in Canada and the USA. These companies possess assembly facilities and have already offered their services for product assembly and component financing if required. Other available services include product certification towards market entry and the completion of comparable studies measuring Wanderport's microwave energy technology against other brands of tank-less and storage tank water heaters for marketing purposes. Wanderport will also benefit from UMC's vast experience in pricing and marketing strategies, as well as, establishing liability insurance protection policies and providing excellent installation and warranty service to customers.
