Wanderport Corp. (PINKSHEETS: WDRP) today released US contract update.

US Distribution Agreement Wanderport President and CEO Mr. Richard Martel is reporting that negotiations with a large American water heater distributor continue to progress towards a signed agreement. He and Mr. Barry Somervail, VP of Sales and Business Development at Wanderport, have been holding many separate meetings and conferences with principals of the US company to speed up the process.

"We are diligently working to ratifying this agreement as soon as possible. Due diligence indicates the US company is a terrific fit because they are leading distributors in the water heater industry with their own brand of water heaters and others, in addition to distributing other well known types of electrical appliances across North-America," said Richard Martel. "Management of the US company share in Wanderport's optimism, as they recognize the tremendous sales revenue impact the microwave energy tank-less water heater offers them. The main source of excitement for Wanderport is in the unique sales channels offered by the US distributor in that they are already well positioned to the market the product to their existing rural and rural and urban areas of the United States and, of course, Canada will follow," continued Mr. Martel.
