Indie Ranch Media Inc. (PINKSHEETS: INDR) today announces its wholly owned subsidiary Netmix Broadcasting Network, Inc. www.netmix.fm ("Netmix") to pursue opportunity with JENNiRADIO to provide content distribution to sister stations who subscribe to their unique content which is programmed to appeal to younger audiences.

As previously announced Netmix, together with alliance partner BlueShift Wireless, has completed testing the features needed for broadcasting stations who currently distribute their content via satellite to utilize the NetMix Broadcasting Network as a more cost effective alternative. The JENNiRADIO testing will be a live demonstration of the new technology.

This operational initiative is part of an expanded strategy that the Company is implementing to take advantage of the opportunity that the larger internet radio market presents.
