(the "Company") (PINKSHEETS: INDR) today announces that the Company commenced discussions with a stakeholder of a venture company regarding a variety of transactions including the possibility of a takeover, selling a minority interest and/or selling the rights to the assets of the NetMix subsidiary. The venture company has requested their name remain confidential while in discussions with the Company.

The Company is excited that the NetMix technology and business model is attracting potential partners at this stage. Shareholder value and the continued development of NetMix will be of foremost concern as we believe our current share price does not reflect the opportunity NetMix presents.

The Company will continue to update the public as our negotiations progress.
