Announced positive data in the most commonly used model for studying the clinical and pathological features of multiple sclerosis (MS), further advancing its development program of GPR17-targeting compounds for the treatment of MS.

Announced positive data using OMS721, the lead human monoclonal antibody in Omeros’ mannan-binding lectin-associated serine protease-2 (MASP-2) program, in a well-established animal model of thrombotic microangiopathy.

Omeros expects to submit a European Clinical Trial Application (CTA) in the second quarter of this year to initiate clinical trials evaluating OMS721.

Announced positive data from the multiple-ascending-dose (MAD) portion of the Company’s Phase 1 clinical trial evaluating OMS824, the lead compound in Omeros’ phosphodiesterase 10 (PDE10) program.  With these data and the previously announced successful single-ascending-dose portion of this clinical trial, Omeros is advancing OMS824 toward a Phase 2 clinical program.
ADTRAN (ADTN) a leading global provider of networking and communications equipment. ADTRAN’s products enable voice, data, video and Internet communications across a variety of network infrastructures. ADTRAN solutions are currently in use by service providers, private enterprises, government organizations, and millions of individual users worldwide.

ADTN Investor Highlights

Reported results for the first quarter 2013. For the quarter, sales were $143,013,000 compared to $134,735,000 for the first quarter of 2012. Net income was $7,890,000 for the quarter compared to $12,960,000 for the first quarter of 2012. Earnings per share, assuming dilution, were $0.13 for the quarter compared to $0.20 for the first quarter of 2012.

The Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend for the first quarter of 2013. The quarterly cash dividend is $0.09 per common share to be paid to holders of record at the close of business on April 25, 2013.

Announced that it has been named to CRN’s 2013 Partner Program Guide, and awarded a 5-Star Partner rating. CRN’s Partner Program Guide recognizes leading manufacturers who have a successful channel program and derive a portion of sales through the indirect IT channel.

Announced the addition of four new IP phones to its industry-leading VoIP portfolio. Announced a significant expansion of its award-winning Optical Networking Edge (ONE) solution.
