Inside your portfolio

• The tool bar buttons:
  
  All portfolio
  Navigation back to the All Portfolios page.
  All Portfolios page gives you access to all your different portfolio's as well as an overview of thier individual and collective performances. To access a specific portfolio click on the portfolios' name in the table.

  Summary
  Navigation to the summary page.
  Summary lists all the companies in which you are a share holder as well as the accumulated value of all the shares you have in each company. Summary also totals those figures giving you an overview of your portfolios success.
  
  NB To see a breakdown of the individual share holdings within any one company click on the appropriate figure in the Tot Hold column on the summary page: This will take you to the holdings page.
  
  Transactions
  Navigation to transactions page.
  Whenever you make a buy, sell shares or entry in the cashbook, the transaction is recorded here.
  
  Profit and loss
  Navigation to the Profit and loss page.
  This page lists the associated profit/loss break down for each sell transaction.
  The bottom row of the Profit/loss table totals all costs, all proceeds from sale of shares, profit/loss, and giving our an overall percentage gain/loss over the value of all sells.
  
  Cashbook
  Navigation to the cashbook page.
  Cashbook lists the expenditure and income in your portfolio. When you buy or sell or make a cashbook entry, cashbook logs the, price, quantity, transaction time, cashbook balance @ time of transaction etc.
  
  Add buy
  Will allow you to add a buy transaction to the portfolio.
  
  Cash entry
  Enter cash into the cashbook.
  
  RNS news
  Display RNS news relevant to holdings currently in your portfolio
  
  Drop down Portfolio list
  Allows you to jump between portfolios from a drop down list at the far end of the bar saving you from going back to the All Portfolios.
